Material data

We manage your marketing materials for points-of-sale and events. We do much more than just storage, delivery or installation. We suggest different optimization proposals to continuously improve your brand marketing budget as a whole. We track all material movements and advice on your future needs. We also have a unique sales literature quota management process, allowing you to significantly optimize your sales literature print budget.

On your POS network, we also measure all of your physical and/or digital touchpoints and make a full up-to-date POS install base inventory. Based on our analysis we advise you which marketing materials needs to be produced and which hardware needs to be updated. This will enable you to optimize your POS material budget, e.g. by only producing the right quantity of POS materials according to the POS install base hardware available.

Storage

We have large-scale storage capacity, and professional picking and delivery services for all your POS materials. It is also possible to store dry food for temporary campaigns.

Delivery service

You can order your materials directly from the stock in our B2B webshop. We can distribute packages at short notice to your point-of-sale, for example, for the launch of a new campaign or an update of your marketing materials.

POS installation & check

Our flexible crew is skilled in the installation of all types of material to make your brand visible at your point-of-sale, e.g. indoor POS visibility materials, outdoor flag poles, etc. You can get an online report of each visit thanks to our digital visit tool.

Stock optimization

We don’t only store your materials, we also manage them. We proactively advise you how to optimize your stock in terms of production and distribution to your point-of-sale. By means of track and trace movements, data analysis and reporting, your POS materials and budget are optimally managed.

POS monitoring

Our team visits your POS on a regular basis to check if your visibility material is still premium and up-to-date. We register data and make pictures of your POS status. Where possible, we directly update your marketing materials, e.g. replace broken hardware, expired materials, flags, etc.
