We rent out premium quality event materials (flag poles, bases, tent frames, furniture, etc). You can also rent our digital touchpoints with software (indoor and outdoor totems, iPad holders, etc.). Thanks to our external partners, you can also rent LED screens, lighting, etc.
Storage & cleaning
All your marketing materials can be safely stored and managed in our event-specific, fully-equipped warehouse. Our team of technicians checks, cleans and repairs your materials after each event. From cleaning flags, clothing or catering materials, to checking and updating your digital signage player. All your materials receive proper attention to ensure their longevity.

SEPIA360 is an on-demand software platform, unique in its integration of both a B2B webshop and a media centre. This platform is developed so you can order marketing materials for your event or POS on the one hand, and consult, download or share digital content on the other.
Our B2B webshop enables you to order and manage your marketing and event materials in an easy and intuitive way. Your POS can easily order the new campaign materials or rent event materials. You have virtual access to stock levels at all times. For event materials, there’s also a calendar available to check availability. You can also easily retrieve your previous orders.
You can consult, download and share digital content (video, photo, audio, etc.) through our media centre (digital asset management tool). Your POS or agency can easily access the latest digital content, e.g. for campaigns. You can easily manage your content database by means of intuitive filtering options.
